SLAC maintains a very nice (just built!) Guest House for researchers visiting Stanford. It is serviced by the Marguerite SLAC shuttle, with a stop right in front of the Paul Allen CIS Building, where SNF is located.

Researchers wishing to stay at the SLAC Guest House must have a Stanford sponsor. Academic researchers and visiting scholars who are Labmembers may denote SNF as their Stanford sponsor. You can make reservations on-line at the SLAC Guest House website. On the Room Rates and Reservations, select "Stanford Affiliates." Then, on the reservations page, include the following information under the "Eligibility Information" section:

1. Select "Visiting Researcher" from the pulldown menu.
2. Type "Yoshio Nishi" as Faculty Sponsor.
3. Type "Director, Stanford Nanofabrication Facility"
4. Enter nishi@snf.stanford.edu.
5. Under "Reason for Visit", enter something like: "On-site research use of the Stanford Nanofabrication Facility. Usage may be confirmed by contacting: access@snf.stanford.edu or (650)725-3664.
6. Please email access@snf.stanford.edu to inform SNF of your plans.
