Subject: Problem ultratech2 SNF 2006-05-17 16:25:25: Cannot Load Reticle

My reticle is brand new from Compugraphics. The loading fails even after replacing the
frosty wafers. I loaded my reticle on the Ultratech1 and had no problems. This appears
to be the same problem that ratiug had.
