Subject: New PEEK rails installed on SRD

Hi wbmetal users

I have replaced the Teflon rails with ones made of PEEK. This a 
recommendation by the manufacture as solution for the wafer sticking 
problem and is used in other labs for this problem. It may take some 
time to see if this a good solution or not. Please keep me informed of 
any problems that you have concerning this change.
