Raith Users:

Gun Vacuum levels on the raith system have returned to near normal values. Cleared this yellow light event.

Users are reminded of the importance of scrupulous cleanliness and proper resist baking temperatures for all materials being introduced into the system.  This is very important to maintain a good vacuum level and a quality Ebeam characteristic on all Ebeam and Ultra High Vacuum systems.

Thank you for your support!
