I found the bug in the script autolinescan.rec that prevented the position scan data
to be placed into the correct column of the position list allowing the auto mark recognition
to complete.
Then tested overlay functionality to previous layer written with no problems on demo.csf
and the main stitching and overlay pattern SOS.csf:overlay.  Stitching measurements
will be forthcoming in future testing and measurement sessions scheduled for next week.
