EBEAM Lithography Engineer

The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) seeks for its 
Center of MicroNanoTechnology (CMI) an EBEAM Lithography Engineer.

Overall job responsibilities:
-         Installation, commissioning and acceptance of a LEICA  EBPG-5000plusES
-         Development and documentation of robust EBEAM lithography  processes
-         Operation and maintenance of the tool
-         Training of the users
-         Liaison with the vendor
-         Advice and guidance to faculty, graduate students, post docs, and 
staff researchers
-         Supervision and organization of the EBEAM lithography laboratory

Required profile:
-         Appropriate university degree (PhD a plus)
-         Several years of hands-on experience with EBEAM (and optical) 
lithography
-         Expertise in a wide variety of EBEAM processes (lift-off, 
resists, applications)
-         LEICA EBPG and CATS expertise would be a strong asset
-         Knowledge of MEMS, IC and III/V processing
-         Ability to communicate
-         Customer oriented and strong team player
