We're out of Ma-D 532 developer. Ed kindly went to look for more of it in
the stockroom, but couldn't find any. So I'm releasing my session and RAITH
is free until 8h30pm today.

Hello!

I am releasing my raith session today until 5pm.
I had two problems during my raith session and do not have enough time to pattern my devices the rest of my session.
I was not able to log in to raith, so turned down the raith computer.  After then, it was OK to login.
After write field alignments, the SEM was frozen.
I unloaded my sample, log off from the two computers and turned off both raith and sem computer.  After rebooting, it shows SEM images.  But I do not have enough time to pattern it.
It seems OK, but please keep an eye on it.

thanks,
