Good Morning Ebeam and Analytical Equipment Lab Users:

As per a new Policy, soon to be formerly implemented by John Bumgarner from last weeks Functional Area Manager (FAM) meeting, if you forget to enable a tool or need a SNF staff member to make adjustments to the CORAL time line history; notice is hereby given that you will be charge one hour of Staff time at the specific machine rate on which the incident occurs on.

FAM's are discussing currently the breath of this policy and if it pertains to prompt reports of the failure to enable or to adjustments need to be made after the month's CORAL charges close at months end.

This noticed is given as a fair notice as the policy is now implemented on the Ebeam labs systems and very shortly for the rest of the SNF clean room to address the large number of adjustments recently requested resulting in SNF time way from other urgent task.

Today I charged one User, here unnamed, an hour for not enabling promptly and running his or her session on another lab member's account.
