water cooling shut down due to low level water in Haskres chiller.
checked for leaks and found none, possibly increased evaporation rate from basement ventilation changes...
resume pumping section and started ebeam control ramp, bringing FE-Gun back on line slowly.
Should be ready for users after 4:30 to 5 PM.
