RAITH USERS:

Here is the format for ASCII text files to generate GDSII patterns on the RAITH.  This supersedes the original document in German that I have shared with some users.

This will also get posted into FAQ's on our web sites.

Thank you,

James Conway

Dear Mehmet,

I have attached a word document which describes the required format of different structures for ASCII import. I don't have an example for matlab. However, you just have to know the format and create the text output in matlab correspondingly.

Anyway, please send me another email if you need more information.

Best regards,

Michael

Dear Michael,

I am one of the Raith users at Stanford, and working on a structure with
many parameters. I definetely need to use matlab or some other scripting
language to automate pattern generation.

Could you please help on how to do this, and could you please email me any
sample scripts/code? I prefer Matlab the most.

Thank you very much,
Yanik
