Subject: Problem sem4160 SNF 2012-10-01 18:56:53: S.C. leak?

The S.C. vacuum goes to Yellow LED every now and then just sitting there, and also sometimes
during sample exchange when the SEC valve is open.  (It would eventually return to green
after a few seconds when the pump kicks in and restores the vacuum.)
