Dear innotec users,

I've been trying to get some time on the tool ASAP and saw that it wasn't
used from 2:30 to 10:30 am and none of the users who had it reserved at
those times sent out a notice. PLEASE be mindful of everyone else who would
like to get time on the tool and ANNOUNCE YOUR CANCELLATIONS!!!

There's no reason why someone should have to take a 3am res when the tool
was free at 7am :(
