Hello All,
     JUst a warning that the current RTA210s will be leaving soon to 
make way for new AWE610s This means you may be without anneal capability 
for a while as new tools are installed. Please let staff members know if 
this is going to cause you great difficulty. Thanks in advance for your 
cooperation. ted
