It was like pulling teeth to get this set up at UCSC. I collected both signatures from my PI (who has the funds for the PO) and our purchasing agent (who will be signing the invoices). They are on the "PO pages for CIS grant" attachment. For items which are billable (i.e. consumables and chemicals - ect.) please use the provided PO number and address the invoice to PO# B0171338 Frances Ruiz-Wood DBO rm 327 Baskin Scholl of Engineering 1156 high Street Santa Cruz, CA 95064 831-459-2673 She has signature authority.
