Account Statement for ALCES Technology

Hello!

So, we haven't received a bill for SNF charges in
over two months.  We've had users in the facility
(who probably reached the cap rate).  We received
bills for June and July w/o problem, but haven't
seen August or September.

Any thoughts on where these might be?  Did our
account get changed to an incorrect address?  Also,
can I find out our current balance?
