fee inquiry

My name is Dong Rip Kim, a graduate student of ME department at Stanford,
and I'm trying to become a lab member of SNF. 

 

Through the website, I've learned about training charges for equipment, but
I'm still wondering if there is any activation fee or safety training fee
for a new lab member. Could you please let me know about it?
