My name is Ricardo Rodriguez and I'm an Intel Corp representative within
the Purchasing Organization.  We are currently managing a project to
update our supplier records in our data base.  As part of this effort,
Intel Corporation requires that all Suppliers provide their Dun and
Bradstreet (D&B) number for each different address in our system.  This
will ensure that fraudulent suppliers are not added to our database.  

 

Please note that D&B is not going to build a Credit File for any of the
suppliers that request a DUNS number by filling out our form.  D&B is
only going to assign a DUNS number, which is free to the supplier. 

 

Our records indicate that we do not have a DUNS number for the following
Supplier addresses:

 

VENDOR NAME: STANFORD CTR FOR PROF DEV   

 

ORDER TO (ZOAA): DURAND BLDG 3RD FLOOR              

  

REMIT TO ADDRESS (ZPIA): DURAND BLDG 3RD FLOOR                 

  

Note:

o        Please don't forget to fill out the form with the duns number
included.  

o        If "order from" and "remit to" addresses/locations of your
company are different one from the other, please provide a DUNS number
for each location. 

o        If the address or company name mentioned above is incorrect
please provide the correct address/company name including the DUNS
number.

 

If you already have the DUNS numbers please reply to this message with
the number otherwise to obtain a DUNS number please follow the attached
instructions and complete the Intel Supplier DUNS # Request Form.  

 

Once completed please email the form to D&B at grsintel at dnb.com  and
forward a copy to the originator of this email within one business day.
