We replaced the bulb which was dead but it still doesn't light up. Fuse OK. There appears to be no voltage at the bulb plug in, although the 120V into the transformer is good. I'm not exactly sure what the problem was but I did tighten up the dimmer switch behind the front panel, checked everything out and when I tried it, it worked.
