It is currently ca. 150 microns. Told to do a relocate tip operation (will set distance to 1000 microns as far as I remember). This causes software failure! Have set safety region to 999 microns to ensure tip crash does not occur. adjustment screws are now very loose, need to be fixed. A loaner is on the way and should be in next week. If you only need 1-dimensional information you can use the system, any other data will be false.
