Looks like our software visitor came back on 7/30/07 and reversed the software changes.  I wish I knew who it was and what they were doing.  Anyways I was able to align and tune the tip. I did not try and collect and image.  It should be OK since all the problems have gone away.

Error has gone away with unknown person changing the software on 7/30/07.
