I've placed a call into Vecco Technical Service. In the past they would provide a loaner scanner, while ours is being repaired. Right now I do not have a time table as to when we can get the system functional. I will keep you informed when new information becomes available. In the mean time, Veeco has located a loaner scanner to help us bridge the repair time. The scanner should be here within a few days. I put it on the system and did a quick imaging. Everything looks OK. I'm yellow lighting the system while the loaner scanner is installed just to remind everyone to be careful.
