Well, The scanner came back but they did not return our tip holder and it doesn't look like they addressed the tip coupling problem. I'm trying to reach them by phone, but so far only voice mails. Unless someone has a spare tip holder, I'm not sure how we are going to collect any data. Grrrr, Ed
