AFM in aqueous environment

[Habimana-Griffin, LeMoyne M]

I was wondering if anyone had a manual for the afm2.  Also does anyone
have a suggestion for the kind of tip I should use.  I am trying probe
surfactant self assemblies on the surface of MSSQ glass film.
