AFM2 Extended Shutdown

All,

The paperwork is in place for the repair of our AFM.  Veeco no longer 
provides loaner scanners, so we will be down hard during the 
repair.  My plan is to shutdown the system next Wed. March 19th, 
after lunch.  I do not know how long the repairs will take, but I 
expect a few weeks.  I will make reservations on Coral for the first 
couple of days the scanner will be gone and let you know any time 
estimates Veeco provides to me.
