It does not want to move using the track ball. A new track ball was installed this week, but it did not help. Until we can get the system repaired, stage movements will have to be done manually. I have contacted Veeco (who owns Digital Inst.), but I have not heard back. The rumor mill indicates they are no longer supporting this vintage of tool. I hope this is not true. Ed
