From shott at stanford.edu Fri May 23 16:59:47 2008 From: shott at stanford.edu (John Shott) Date: Fri, 23 May 2008 16:59:47 -0700 Subject: Chilled water to AG41XX machines .... Message-ID: <48375A73.3050104@stanford.edu> AG4100 and AG4108 community: First off, I apologize for hitting those of you on both lists with 2 messages .... but 2 separate mailing lists aren't smart enough to filter ... Last night the chilled water loop failed. I tried to restart the chilled and, initially, had no success until Mike Dickey added some DI water to the reservoir. The chiller is now running, although the pressure is higher than I'd like. If the pressure rises much further, the chiller will likely turn itself off. If this happens, send me email or get in touch with me. I expect to be around much of the weekend and will hope to be able to restart things. I believe that these machines are still in yellow until the process quals have been run .... so please proceed with caution (and test wafers) until you commit any real wafers. For those of you processing this weekend .... happy processing. For those of you taking the weekend off .... enjoy yourselves. Can somebody turn the machine ON ? Message-ID: Hello the Ag4100 seems to be off. (the monitor and keyboard atleast). Would someone be able to turn the machine ON ? IF not can the instructions be emailed so maybe I can turn it on if it is not too complicated. Can somebody turn the machine ON ? In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: <4838C97A.5090903@stanford.edu> RTP folks ... Ritesh and I got the system restarted for the 4100 and it seems to be running fine. However, at the moment, the AG4108 still reports the "Top Plate Overtemp" despite my attempts to reset it. So, either there is something that I'm missing (which is entirely possible) or something else that I failed to reset. I'll keep you posted if we make any progress this weekend ... I think that Cesar will be in tomorrow and maybe he can bail me out. Thanks, John
