Shutdown AG4108 2002-02-21 10:26:38: Lamp failure

Checked bulb resistance & fuse continuity - OK.
Checked toroid wiring & position - OK.
Did Lamp Calibration test - all values from EEPROM
were zero!  EE-PROM had lost all prior test values,
so Lamp Test routine was always going to fail.
Did new Lamp Cal. test & saved new test values
to EE-PROM.  
Now Lamp Test completes successrully.
