Problem AG4108 SNF 2004-10-10 16:27:52: Temp Error during Anneal

I was doing a 700C anneal in Ar for 1min. The temperature shot up beyond the setpoint and then fell rapidly down given an error that the "Temperature was out of Error Range". I have left the output from the plotter at the machine itself.
