Problem AG4108 SNF 2006-07-31 16:26:51: Software Not Working?

1.) When I run my program, the screen fills with numbers. 
2.) The intensity at one step is set to 10%, but always goes to 90%. 
3.) The wafer temp goes nuts and is totally wrong.
