AG4108 users,

I ran some calibration tests Tuesday, and ran it again today, and
everything seems good.  Test results are in the logbook.

Dear SNF Users,

   I need to run a diffusion clean RTA. To do so, the quartzware has to be 
   changed on the AG4108 RT Annealer (temporarily). The plan is to do this
next week
   Tuesday and Wednesday (Dec 3rd and 4th). Please get back to me if this is
