Nevermind about that tray change to silicide tomorrow afternoon.  The
implanter is down, so my wafers won't be ready for RTA tomorrow.  If
the implanter comes back up tomorrow, I'll get the implants done on
Monday and be ready for RTA on Monday night.

	The quartz tray has been changed from
Oxidation to Silicide.  The sign & the cassettes
have been changed also.

I realize that the tray was just changed to diffusion, but I was hoping to
change it back to silicide for the weekend.  Kailash said he'd be done w/
the diff tray by tomorrow at noon.  Any objections to changing it back to
silicide tomorrow afternoon?
