Hi,
   I would like to have the RTA switched to the Silicide tray on
Thursday. Please let me know if there are any conflict.

Subject: Ag4108 Quartzware change

The quartzware has been changed from oxidation
to silicide, and the cassettes & sign have been
changed also.		Len
