Dear users,

I would like to use the "clean" cassette with
the "clean" quartz plate at AG4108 ASAP.

Please let me know if there are any
objections to changing to "clean" cassette.

The quartzware has been changed from Silicide to Oxidation.
The cassettes & sign have been changed also.
