Status of ag4108

Users,
     The AG4108 is still down.  We have replaced two power supplies and 
a flat aligner.  Now the system boots up and the flat aligner is 
operational.  The aligner however is still communicating with the 
system.  When I come in on Sunday, I will replace a serial board and 
hopefully everything will work. If everything is ok, the tool should be 
available by Sunday afternoon.
