Subject: AG4100 update (4100 email is down)
Message-ID: <455E3C19.9000506@snf.stanford.edu>

The over temp error appears to be caused by insufficient cooling water 
to the chamber walls.  Replaced the cooling water filter (only increased 
flow by 1/4 gal/min) but still have same problem.  Will  try to clean 
the lines on Monday.  The pyrometer  is working OK.
