Sending to 4108 since 4100 mail is not working.  

The 4100 has been on problem status since 12 Sept 06 when staff
reported it needed a temperature calibration:  "Quartz envelope
changed and pyrometer calibration ran.  Need to run oxidation
calibration to verify calibration."

When can we hope this will be done?
