Subject: Problem alphastep SNF 2008-04-16 17:17:37: Sample out of focus

The focusing seems to be misaligned. I can't see my sample in focus, and therefore can't resolve the location on the sample where I want to perform a height measurement. The tip seems to be working ok in measuring heights, but without a clear focus, I can't resolve any features on my sample.
