Problem amtetcher 2003-12-06 14:18:39: previous arcing visible

Before using machine, I noticed signs of previous arcing, specifically on trays #3 and #5, which was noted yesterday.  I'm not sure if "cleaning" that was done yesterday gets rid of all signs of previous arcing or if this might represent new arcing.  I did not observe any arcing or additional damage while using the machine.
