Process stops every 1-1.5 mins due to low DC bias.
Reading is low  - only 430V and 1345W.

DC bias ok after replacing all dummy wafers and etching the hexode.

Still manually lowering the belljar.  Taking the system off shutdown so users can log on to coral.

Replaced a burnt pico fuse on the interconnect board.  Also repaired the encoder.
