Problem amtetcher SNF 2006-01-05 23:54:15: Arcing/burning

Reset heat exchanger.  Replaced burnt ardel (upper overlay) in stations 1 and 2.  Cleaned ardel part for station 3-6. Ran several test with no signs of new arcing.
