Problem amtetcher SNF 2007-05-09 00:45:32: turbo pump cannot pump down to base

Hot loop water for the bell jar is only at 27 C, setpoint is 35C.  Need to order a new heater.  Ran a pumping speed vs. time bell jar is open.  When the bell jar has been open for 2 min., the pump down time is 2.9 min.  When the bell jar open time = 10 min., the pump down time = 5.8 min.
