Problem amtetcher SNF 2007-05-09 22:15:41: RF Generator shuts off

I could not maintain Standard Recipe 4 or 5 for longer than a couple minutes.  The plasma would flicker, go dark, come back on, flicker, and then finally shut off completely, giving the error message "RF Gen Off".
