There is alot of polymer build up. My cleaning job was not great, but the top part of the glass is clear enough to see the true plasma color. In the very early part of the plasma striking the color is pink, but it quickly chages to the characteristic blue for programs 2 and 3. Also, cleaned ardel and aluminum on Tray #3. Finally, replaced the little ardel "spacer" that sits behind the plate near the top on Trays #1 and #2. Replaced top dummy wafer in tray #2 becuase it was scorched too. Cleaned window and base plate (dry wipe only). Pumped down and seasoned chamber for 15 minutes and then vented to check. No arcing or scorch marks. OK to process..
