Problem amtetcher SNF 2009-08-11 22:10:31: wafer holder

One of the little plastic things that hold the wafer is broken in tray 1, 3rd spot from the top. Also, photoresist was burnt at the 5th tray 3rd spot from the top, while other places were OK.
