Subject: Arcing

Dear Users:
The AMTetcher has an arcing frequently. I suspect that some of the users
didn't check ALL THE TRAYS before and after the process. This is a bad
habit. Please remember, we must check all the trays every time the
machine runs a plasma. If we caught anyone who dose not follow the
instruction again, we will take his/her name out for one month. Thank
you for your cooperation!!!!
