Please note that we have switched the INput and Output
In order to load wafers,  you need to do it from #4 which is input( most left side)  and receiving will be #3.
All labeled and with a note on the system.  we did this to see if you are paying attention.
There has been a little issue with coral causing the system get confused so we are hoping this will take care of it.
