Problem asml SNF 2009-01-28 13:01:18: Right side monitor non-op

The right side monitor on the operator control console does not work.  Replaced a burned out bulb for the Pre-alignmnet microscope, reset the software, reset all subsystem CPU's . Still same problem. Possible video switch or monitor problem. FSE will investigate further, at a later time. System is still usable, but you will not see your pre-alignment images..
