Change in ASML Access schedule for April

Hi all --

The ASML had originally been scheduled for a demo and 
testing/installation of the 3D align upgrade for Monday, 4/7 through 
Friday, 4/18 (with the weekend available for labmember use.)  Because 
the 3D align installation expert was called for jury duty, the schedule 
will be postponed by one week, so the system will be unavailable 
Monday-Friday from 4/14-4/25 instead (the intervening weekend being made 
available for labmember use.)  Let us know if this schedule change poses 
undue hardship and we will help coordinate alternative arrangements.
