Hi Gary,

I wanted to really thank you again on behalf of all ASML users for  
your very quick response tonight, and not only fixing the ASML but  
also making sure that it ran smoothly. Of course no one expected you  
to come in at 11pm on a Saturday night, but we are all very  
appreciative that you did and we got a lot more work done because of  
it :)
