If I have added you to the system say the last 3 months, come by so I can add you again. I will be in the lab tomorrow 11th from 9:30 am. By the way, Linda and Michael of ASML can do this for you as well. mahnaz From jlsuar at gmail.com Fri Jul 18 08:19:35 2008 From: jlsuar at gmail.com (josephine suarez) Date: Fri, 18 Jul 2008 08:19:35 -0700 Subject: ASML reservations removed - 7/18/08 - from 1 to 2pm Message-ID: -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... For a particular process I need to have it on my own mask rather than using the available reticle. Does anyone have it? I have posted the calender with time noted on there next to the tool and before entering to the lab please make a note of it and plan accordingly. For a quick reference, you may look at coral; all the reservation is under my name if the time on a particular day is not needed we will release it and send a note out. Just a kind reminder that the system belongs to asml from Tuesday to Friday, 8 am to 2:30 pm any way. mahnaz From mahnaz at stanford.edu Thu Jul 31 17:52:05 2008 From: mahnaz at stanford.edu (Mahnaz Mansourpour) Date: Thu, 31 Jul 2008 17:52:05 -0700 Subject: cleanup Message-ID: <48925E35.9010405@stanford.edu> Hello all, When you bring your wafers from the svg coater to ASML in the metal cassette and leave the dummies and the cassettes there, is causing clutter on the table across from the asml and shortage of dummies on the track. I have gotten complains from other labmembers as well as staff. Take care of your stuff ....please..... and take the cassette ( metal one) back to their original home, they do get lonely and like to be back to their homes. mahnaz
